I can't decide if I love or hate this airbnb. With 99 smudged, horror-esque photos, fake cardboard fireplaces, dollar-store Christmas decorations placed unevenly near the ceilings, a shot with a man's bare legs sticking out horizontally into the hall, this is simply incredible

i love this. I love the 'noel' words taped to the back wall. The slight tilt of the frame. the thrift shop feel. and of course, the reclining man legs.

i love the sparkley wood reindeer. the plastic garland inside the chandelier. how the bar counter is covered in snow and a nativity scene. I love how all of it is fenced off in a festive rope like a display. I love the 'peace on earth' on the wall.

i love the glued on felt beaks. The uneven wire bodies. the lone christmas hat leading the bunny ears for some reason. A ray of easter, shining into the land of christmas.

I love this image of their hot tub. Blurred, psychedelic, as though time itself is sucking you in to the disco bubbles.

Noel Wish, it says. The reindeer is nearly touching the ceiling. the frame is tilted, a familiar sight, now. two lone socks hang over a fake fireplace protruding only inches from the wall. There is a piece of wood, wedged inside. Do you see the tiny sled? Ho, ho, ho.
