As you might know, I've been super experimental with hygiene over the past few years. I've learned a lot!
Hair: I stopped washing it nearly 4 years ago, and tried a lot of different alternatives - baking soda, olive oil, eggs, rye flour, hot water. By this point my solution is:

how often do you bathe/shower? do you use a more natural body scrub/soap?
i use baking soda and acv once a week for hair. however, it does not seem to work as well now that i dont have the long luscious hair and keep it short.

I shower about once every 3-4 weeks. This sounds terrible but I promise I am mostly not stinky, as confirmed by people around me who love telling me when I'm stinky

I've found that my armpits tend to stink more, the more I wash them; if I leave them alone they eventually hit an equilibrium. I last showered maybe two weeks ago, and last used deoderant maybe ten days ago, and I smell almost fine right now - you gotta really huff to tell.

i have more questions than i deserve answers to. does your diet play into not stinking? your belief system? i use an arrow root/baking soda/coconut oil mixture for deodorant. it will last 3-4 days before reapplying seems necessary. i havent done much experimenting with not doing
