Question: In trying to be gender-neutral, in a project I'm working on I changed a Viktor Frankl quote from "man's search for meaning" to "the search for meaning". However, I'm feeling conflicted about this change because Frankl is associated so much with that phrase. Thoughts?

I love that book, had a great time with it on acid once. I'm personally fine with the 'man'. it feels close enough to the word 'human' in this context that it doesn't feeeel gendered to me.

That's a great idea!
I didn't read man's search for meaning on acid though, I just searched for it on acid, laughing uncontrollably because I was a (hu)man, searching for meaning (in that book).
