I still live with my mother due to my disabilities making it difficult to progress in life. So...far more often than this. Though if I moved out, I’d imagine/hope for the occasional text once a week. A phone call roughly every 3-4 weeks.

I don't think the literal "exchange of words" with your family counts as "talking" to them. Some barely have a how'd'ye'do relationship; some are cordial-at-best but closed off; etc. "How often do we sate our moms' biological desires to know we're alive?" is a whole 'nother poll.
