Do you believe energy healing, or "the idea that healers can channel healing energy into a patient and effect positive results" is real on a level that's not placebo?

I would say no but I remember when I was a child I used to meet an old guy who performed healings in the form he could remove pains. He lived in poverty and never asked for money. He just asked to not thank him but God. It was more pray-induced hypnotism, I guess.

I know the act of absorbing negatives off of people exists and if they "push" it toward you willingly and trustingly when asked to do so can create a sense of healing and sometimes elation and feeling unburndoned .. This can insite a sense of healing.

work towards staying positive as a disease is ravaging your body is wise; goal being: to live longer/ survive long enough for (western medical) treatment to do its healing thing; there's all sorts of stuff worth trying as long as it keeps a person mentally fit for 'real' medicine
