I like increasingly morbid; people tend to think, "this isn't a choice anyone has ever had to make" when more often than not the amount of people who have been in such a situation is so large it's seemingly absurd; prolonged hunger is enough to make monsters of most men.

imo your polls should suit your purpose. If it is morbid curiosity skew that way. Some need more choices? Rape/murder/maim/cripple/cause permanent feeblemindedness/ruin financially/strand in space alone etc. You're good at polls- do your thing how you do your thing!

less abstract hypotheticals, more concrete visceral morbidness! like "realistically, how likely do you think you are to die alone | what gender are you" maybe
