For those who think we overcomplicate morality, I would love to see your simple, coherent system of ethics that doesn't have insane implications.

I don’t think that simplifies anything. Even with moral nihilism, people still have moral instincts and when there is conflict between people, we have to make a decision. “Morality isn’t objectively real. What do we do about it?” is a hard question.
