If I have kids, public school seems like the lowest-effort choice.
And lots of people who go turn out just fine.

A mixture of home school and private would probably be ideal but not really practical

All of them seems to be bad choices, and I don't see a good one.
I can't even see a good in teaching a kid to be smart and reasonable just to be surrounded bt idiots who would consist of the majority who has power and be miserable.
Part of the reason I don't want to have kids.
