Male 'irrationality' seems to pop up in larger-scale, systemic thinking (aliens abduct people, 911 was an inside job, etc.), and female 'irrationality' seems more personal/close, tangible sensations (vaccinations, crystal healing, astrology).

The first category seems less threatening to me - there's not a lot of tangible action to take about aliens, but there's a lot of tangible stuff you can do for the second category. Does this mean that female-style irrationality causes more damage?

there's evolutionary reasons for the fear of conspiracy. men evolved in times of high equality and no hierarchy, and conspiracies were life or death matters

I find the first category much more threatening. Let's not forget that these irrationalities also provide the foundation of tribal victim narratives such as "the Jews want world domination", "the bourgoisie is robbing the proletariat" and "the migrants are taking our jobs"...
