Is there a reason Canada isn't on the list? It ships from the US, so I'm a bit surprised I can't order from your friendly neighbor. Actually, all countries from America seem to be missing.

I just checked this and I can select Canada from the dropdown menu in 'Country.' Is that what you're doing?
