I get weird episodes where I go mostly blind from static in my vision, I get dizzy, confused about what's going on, my hearing dulls, and I become unable to follow conversation. It lasts about 20-40 minutes and then I'm totally fine afterwards. Anybody else get this thing?

No repetitive motions. I still know what's going on and can hold conversation and talk about what I'm experiencing, it just feels like everything is in a confusing fog.

Any major lifestyle changes right before onset? If there are no other symptoms (like rashes, skin/hair brittleness etc), it's narrowing down to sleep deprivation / depression side effects. Does it happen during any particular weather season/socially difficult time of year?
