There a few homeless women, so if you want to have a big impact in the absolute sense, I suppose you would favor a 50% in male homelessness.

I thought maybe that as well, but then I chose women because they are statistically more likely to also be caring for homeless children alone than the men are. And I'll prioritizing helping the children first.
