I have really severe needle phobia - vasovagal response, pass out, avoid doctors, "start crying at the sight of one of those chairs people sit in to receive injections" type severe. Has anybody had this or have any advice for what to do about this?

How often/much do you practice? What is your practice? Do you ever get to the point in your meditation session where you can feel everything in your body, feel completely aware and relaxed, like you’ve been running your whole life and only just learned to stop?
