That everything you want is automatically granted.

As I am fully aware that I do not always have full control over my thoughts, I will not press the button. People could die and all just by me willing it. I could not live with that
-
then would you wish their deaths never happened

I too often observe my consciousness catching up with random wants that I would absolutely abhor So that’s a staunch no from me
-
if a want you abhor is granted, then i assume you would want to either not have that want or want the wish to be undone, which then it would be before you even felt the desire in the fist place

On reflection, I'm changing my answer to yes. I have a sneaking suspicion that it would seriously fuck up the basic process of being a person, but one of my desires is "postponing the heat death of the universe," which has an unquantifiably large moral value.

... and what if the situation was reversed? That is, you left the magical, permanent state and ventured into "our" world. Would you want to go back? (from "The Point of View of the Universe", page 257)pic.twitter.com/GqyHa6zww2

Not all urges should be fulfilled. I wanted to murder someone today like 3 times. Having people drop dead before I have had a chance to reflect on my wants/urges is a hard no.
