This question is hella confusing. Does "No" simply mean you haven't been FALSELY accused (as in, you were accused and guilty), or you haven't been accused at all (regardless of whether you have or haven't committed sexual assault)? Also, the rest is still very unclear.

I have been and had very solid proof I didn't do it. The whole thing blew up in her face yet I somehow still ended up getting fired cause of it

I falsely accused myself of sexual assault. I told the woman years later and she said she didn’t consider it that at all. Honesty is often the best policy.
