For all the increased awareness around consent nowadays, I'm a little surprised there hasn't been bleedover into libertarianesque stuff, considering the prime value of that stuff is basically 'violating my consent is bad'

Because the ethics surrounding an individual’s sexual activity is not analogous to the ethics of how an economy should function.

Interpersonal sexual relations don’t have: negative environmental externalities, political power, monopolies/oligopolies. The economy is much more complicated and needs to be regulated more.

In some ways this might be true, but I suspect a pretty good part of current economical problems come from well-intentioned (or money-incentivized) regulations that accomplish one specific good but create a lot of other compounding ripple effects.
