For all the increased awareness around consent nowadays, I'm a little surprised there hasn't been bleedover into libertarianesque stuff, considering the prime value of that stuff is basically 'violating my consent is bad'

Probably because most libertarians care more about THEIR consent being violated specifically, rather than people's consent being violated generally... For most people it's rooted in selfishness more than ideology.
