Women: Do you find that the amount you get catcalled increases with the more 'attractive' (skin tight or more revealing clothing, makeup, etc.) you're appearing?

Not sure whether this helps or distracts from your inquiry, but I have noticed I get catcalled more when I am out with my attractive sister and we are both wearing cute clothes and makeup.
