I'm subscribed to a lot of weird/fringe subreddits; one of the weirdest is r/gendercritical. They say a lot of standard radical leftist stuff like the rest of my radical left subs but then they have this strain of 'trans women are DANGEROUS MEN' and it surprises me every time

male to female trans have a horrifyingly large suicide rate, which is largely caused by the horrifying discovery that irreversible self mutilation failed to raise their status to female status.
They also have a horrifyingly large murder rate, but the suicide rate is way higher.

I wonder how much of this is due to IQ correlation? Very high IQ people tend to be more anxious/depressed, and trans women tend to have high IQs. I seriously doubt that explains everything but I wonder how much it does explain.

There’s a considerably large section of the radical feminist movement that is sees MTF trans people as men co-opting the essence of women. They’ve lost status within most of the overall feminist movement but are still very alive.
