Depends why. If it's for security reasons, sure. There are plenty of local ordinances banning masks in oublic, including my own town.

well, I am against that idea, unless you specifically forbid public display of all religions. Either all religions and religious outings are allowed, or they are not, but never limit this to one religion only.
