I literally cannot answer this. I hit a wall with every justification one way or the other.

I vote no as in no way does a man ever have anything to say about what goes on in a woman's body however: He should be freed from having to pay alimony for the child. She raped him, she has to take care of the baby.

Supposedly, alimony is not supposed to be a punishment for a parent or a prize for the other parent. It's for the benefit of the kid, who didn't hurt anybody. Babies are basically little utility monsters.

I voted no but he should have the option to have nothing to do with the child or woman

Like others I'm really torn on this one... It's the woman's body giving birth, but it's also his DNA. The right to force the termination? No. Some say in what steps are taken and his level of responsibility? Absolutely. Can't think of a non medical reason to force abortion

I’d say no, but I’d also have a law eliminating any legal responsibility for the child. If men get any say in what a woman does with her body, it opens a door that leads to serious problems.

No, but a law that gives him total choice after the birth of who should have custody of the child (including everything from totally his and she can never even see it to totally hers and he never pays a penny of support) I would support.

Forced surgery is basically nazi. Just put her in jail and, if she doesn't want an abortion, put the child into adoption after she gives birth.
