A woman rapes a man and becomes pregnant. Would you support a law that gives the man the right to force termination of the pregnancy?

I literally cannot answer this. I hit a wall with every justification one way or the other.

I vote no as in no way does a man ever have anything to say about what goes on in a woman's body however: He should be freed from having to pay alimony for the child. She raped him, she has to take care of the baby.

I voted no but he should have the option to have nothing to do with the child or woman

Still the woman's body, so no. I would give the man the option to forfeit fatherhood completely and remain anonymous to the child, though.

Like others I'm really torn on this one... It's the woman's body giving birth, but it's also his DNA. The right to force the termination? No. Some say in what steps are taken and his level of responsibility? Absolutely. Can't think of a non medical reason to force abortion

No. But no child support in this case. However, under the current law child support is mandatory given the facts.

No, but a law that gives him total choice after the birth of who should have custody of the child (including everything from totally his and she can never even see it to totally hers and he never pays a penny of support) I would support.

How about a law requiring a woman get permission from the man before an abortion. No one cares how the man feels but some men are devastated by abortion.
