Honestly I'd likely be visibly healthier if I subsisted off an excessive diet made up wholly of cheese, preserved meats, and wine; with a weekly salad and chocolate bar thrown in for good measure. Take some lactaid, eat grits, drink a pot of coffee daily and praise science <3
