Depends on how you define racism. I won't answer your poll, but I'll say that there are cultural correlations to races, and some aspects of those cultures aren't good.

Depends on the definition. The traditional one meaning prejudice based on the belief a race is inferior, no, never. The one being pushed today of "any action that could be shown to systemically work against a particular group", yes.
