Ppl say it's not the actual sex that makes pedophiles tick it's the power, so probably that wouldn't work except in maybe a few edge cases w/ truly insane people.

A doll is a doll. If it gives some relief to deviant attraction and helps prevent deviant, damaging behavior, I say yes.
