why do u consider pedophilia a “fetish”? I thought the proper term for a sexual disorder is ‘paraphilia’, while a fetish is something that is outside the realm of social acceptance, but doesn’t hurt anyone. My sister is a child SA therapist, very adamant about this distinction.

A rape fetish is an arousal from rape-related things, which seems fine. Some people with a rape fetish, act on it and hurt people. This is bad.
Pedophilia seems broadly in a similar category.

I see. DSM5 now lists 8 ‘paraphilias’. Found this APA memo from 2013 clarifying the main clinical distinction between abnormal sexual behaviors (a fetish) and a psychiatric diagnosis like pedophilic disorder. Thought it might be interesting to you: psychiatry.org/File%20Library

I put pedophilia as a fetish because I put a lot of other things as a fetish that are also considered paraphilias inside that thing you linked, and because I gave this survey to people who weren't educated as therapists. I used the layman meaning of fetish, as "aroused by".
