I'd like to do a survey where people get a few randomized options out of a large pool. Does anybody know a service that does this?

Sounds like how I've heard IQ testing described, so there's a methodology at least

Interpreting the results from something like that sounds messy. It's possible but might not be too sound. Some standardized tests do this, but self-report surveys are traditionally already rife with bias.
