I like to point out how unfair Hell is. If people have to burn forever because they got the wrong answer to one question (about God, Jesus etc.), what kind of monster could create a system like that?

Traditional response is that your system of morality is flawed (human morality has claimed lots of terrible things are good), and that the only true morality is God's, and Hell is actually the most just and righteous punishment befitting those who offended an infinite holiness.

Also, imagine they take the Simulation Hypothesis seriously, and have a somewhat different model of the programmer(s) and their intentions than you do....

They're be more interesting if their models weren't absurdly specific and testably wrong... But, I do like that framing. And I suspect I will make use of it.

I don't care so much about the words we use. I assume we have a similar general idea about what atheists are. I mean, taking a more similar position in debate is often more fun than taking a very opposite one.
