You know how we have conscious beliefs, but then we have unconscious aliefs that make up the world? I have an alief that I should be able to eat once and then never be hungry again. Whenever I get hungry it's sort of an outrage, like, seriously? I just ate yesterday goddamnit

This along with your post about wanting some all-in-one supplement begs the question - have you ever found eating to be a pleasurable, or desired activity? And do you think this is a type of innate trait in you, or a learned behavior from how your family treated food?

Usually I'll be doing something and realize I'm hungry, and it'll be really annoying. I have to stop what I'm doing, get up, and go take care of the hunger. It's expensive to do that and eats up my time. I like food and eating more if I'm already bored.

So eating to take in something for energy becomes the equivalent of going to the bathroom to get rid of the waste - just an obstacle to clear. Is that something you developed in adulthood, or while growing up did you not have/skip traditional sit down family meals?

I'm guessing that wasn't your favorite time of the day? Our culture tends to use food as a reward, an escape, and as a pathway for social interaction. Detachment from that seems kind of rare. You ever experience any negativity, eye-rolling, and/or disbelief from people over it?
