Food's at the shit end of the totem pole of 'things I pay attention to'. I'd love to have an instant-eat thing that requires no prep, is filling, healthy, and tastes good. So far my answer has been Soylent, but I'd like something healthier. Does anyone have suggestions?
I don't think it's that unhealthy, but my general feeling from culture is that vegetables > soylent

Fair enough. I imagine the culture one is exposed to can ber subjective as well, but I'm not aware of any thorough comparison testing between products available, and I'm sure each will hype up its own products.
