Food's at the shit end of the totem pole of 'things I pay attention to'. I'd love to have an instant-eat thing that requires no prep, is filling, healthy, and tastes good. So far my answer has been Soylent, but I'd like something healthier. Does anyone have suggestions?

I don't think it's that unhealthy, but my general feeling from culture is that vegetables > soylent

I’ve thought about this question a lot.
I even wrote an essay about it, under the context of solving obesity.

Specifically the question of, “Why is it so difficult to create great-tasting food easily?”
And it has to do with knowledge, I think.
Specifically chemistry.
There are many different possible food combinations that’ll lead to different conscious experiences.
