Food's at the shit end of the totem pole of 'things I pay attention to'. I'd love to have an instant-eat thing that requires no prep, is filling, healthy, and tastes good. So far my answer has been Soylent, but I'd like something healthier. Does anyone have suggestions?

Specifically the question of, “Why is it so difficult to create great-tasting food easily?” And it has to do with knowledge, I think. Specifically chemistry. There are many different possible food combinations that’ll lead to different conscious experiences.
