I want there to be a name for "category of words that are used in a too-broad sense" - words that are technically the same but with wildly different meanings. For example, "religious" can mean anything from devout isolationist fundamental to "yea man, easter or somethin".

"Consciousness" - varies from "do robots have it? what neurons are responsible?" to "AHHH HOW AM I LOOKING AT MY HANDS"

The former is not rape if there was consent. If a wife agrees to have sex to make a husband stop begging for sex 10 times over, there was pressure, but it is not rape. There are many things that everyone is pressured to do, but that does not mean the action was against will.
