Usually I try to ask questions that divide the answers in half. This one seems like it has an obvious right answer, and I'm curious about how big the minority is.

There's Lizardman's constant, but also my theory is that some people have an identity associated with being unattractive, or feel negatively about attractive people, or feel that becoming more attractive would make people take the rest of their accomplishments less seriously.
