By the way, I am actually a socialist. Just not the kind that shifts resources from most productive to least productive, pretending to do good, while actually causing harm. True socialism seeks greatest good for all.

Non sequitur. How does a CEO of a well run company manage to work 475x harder than the average, if his (probably not her) pay is based purely on personal productivity. Only 24 hours in a day.

You can work the same amount and be more productive. I'm not surprised that CEO's work is insanely more valuable than the lowest-tier worker. But also: CEO salaries got inflated after laws requiring salary transparency, because companies wanted to appear successful for stocks.
