"become fulfilled" as in, as you want a sandwich, a sandwich magically manifests in front of you. You can want knowledge or sweeping world changes.

Can this teleport objects, as in, could a person wish to be on a private beach in Brazil when they were in an office cubicle far away? Could this also forcibly materialise people before you if you desired their company? Can you change matter, or the known laws of physics?

This would turn into some sort of mental torture in controlling desires. Also, it would ruin my relationship with many women I desire but who would never desire me. The ability to select what is fulfilled would be better.

I think that would make my inevitable success feel meaningless (insert „The Climb“ lyrics and some kind of Hallmark motivational speech here). A lot of my fleeting desires are also shitty
