Does anybody know of cheap/easy methods of causing a lot of pain but with no damage to the skin? One example is the wartenburg wheel, but you can only put so much pressure before it breaks skin.

Or maybe you're not holding the ice down long enough. Ice is used in medical settings to cause intense pain. There's also a sternal rub. Or, stick a pen behind someone's earlobe and pinch.

Ice doesn’t hurt me. Might be my Viking ancestry.

Grab a bucket put ice in it, put salt on the ice, put water on the salt. Wait 5 minutes. Put hand in the water and move your arm and hand around in the ice to keep it from forming a barrier of heat water from your hand.

There's also the ever painful trapezius squeeze or manual stimulation of the mandibular nerve.

Mythbusters did it for a Battle of the Sexes show.... I think you need to get some ice, water, and salt. Its possible to get the water down a few degrees below freezing for instant painful cold
