This is the third(!) time I’ve seen the phrase today, so here, Twitter, hear me complain about the phrase “quantum leap”: 1) a quantum is the smallest possible division of a quantized physical property, so a “quantum leap” is roughly “the smallest possible leap”; n) see (1).
