Karak! This D&D game for kids was developed/created by the guys from Hangar 13 (2K Czech) - Roman Hladik who happens to be the studio manager and producer Petr Miksa
My partner is Slovak, but the instructions in box are handily in several languages. Also adopted a cooperative version someone posted on Board Game Geeks mixed with another rule giving monsters a dice roll for extra hit points (gives a bit of addition practice too).
