Do any of you have a weirdly specific phobia? I am so horrified of the thought of eternity/existing forever that it physically incapacitates me. I spent time in college (mildly) pounding my head on the wall thinking of it. Another time, I was taking a shower and thought 1/2

of it and it scared me so bad I shouted out and pounded the wall. My wife at the time thought I was really hurt and came to check on me. Don't know why it scares me so much! Do any of you have an oddly specific phobia? 2/2

That the universe to our knowledge is infinite and we could be the only intelligent life forms. I don’t know why but that thought freaks me out. Like and odd form of disassociation. It makes me feel like nothing I do has meaning and I have to anchor/ground myself from spiraling.

Well just recently they found phosphine gas in venus which is produced only by organic life. And they found it in huge quantities. So rest assured about that.
