Umm.. that's in the middle of "her" training by a jedi master, and she gets hit by a laser first time...
I’m really making a comment about episode 4, if you hadn’t guessed!
Think about episode iv.. he gets hit first time in his training by the laser. During his training by a jedi master. Who also tells him what to do to destroy the death star.
