Indeed, that series started off on the Electron. Not much room for Quilled adventures on the Elk either... Especially compared to the later Spectrum 128K version!
Starship Quest 2, the sequel to Magnetic Moon by Larry Horsfield. There was even an Electron version.

When I was playtesting Magnetic Moon for ADRIFT I played the other versions alongside it for clues.. one of the solutions I only to get thanks to the BBC's more limited parser!
