Tucker Carlson is out at Fox News. He introduced the Great Replacement conspiracy theory into mainstream American politics via Fox News. That made him a kingmaker in the Republican Party and ratings gold. This timeline of his extremism goes back to 2004

Rep. Nancy Mace, who has a more moderate view on abortion than most in her conference, told us: "We will not win the popular vote in '24 if we continue down this path of extremism." She also criticized Ron DeSantis for signing a six-week abortion ban.

"that's not how these things work" is what you tell a PR flack when they're begging you to pull a quote b/c a public figure they rep said something stupid in a story. It's a completely inappropriate response to a teen whose own perspective was barely included in your reporting

A very big deal! 1st ever official Presidential Proclamation of #ArabAmerican Heritage Month! 45 yrs ago, after a White House meeting, I was told I couldn’t be at the followup because a group complained about an “Arab” being invited. We fought back & won!

Fun fact: An editor at this publication once accidentally confirmed to me that this author was a former CIA agent working on the Middle East.

Among the most flawed narratives that have misinformed the American public about Iran has been the 1953 coup. Glad to see someone set the record straight. Bravo! #MahsaAmini tabletmag.com/sections/israe

The CIA was directly involved in the 1953 overthrow of Prime Minister Mohammad Mossadegh. There is documentary evidence of the coup’s planning and the agency has admitted their involvement. archive.nytimes.com/www.nytimes.co… nsarchive2.gwu.edu/NSAEBB/NSAEBB4… theguardian.com/world/2013/aug…
