It’s incredible how some of the largest companies invest in daycare services for grown-ass adults who insist on being sexist, racist and more.
These problematic workplaces are communicating one thing: They’re nothing more than oppression factories—apply at your own risk

Adrienne, I believe that the minder is to ensure that he pays attention and doesn't play hookey. Obviously they don't expect him to act like an adult, since he has avoided doing so throughout his 'career' to date.
