Only through bail bond reform, can this be fixed. The growth in our jails is due to the lack of being able to post bonds.

Bail bond issues are not new, and finally we are seeing progress to eliminate the two bond systems we have, one for the rich and one for the poor.
Harris County on any given night, so I’m told, has thousands of people that are unable to post bond. This ruling is huge, and will only affect issues statewide, if we get leaders in office who support reform. /2
