Does anyone else listen to podcasts at 1.5 - 2x the speed? Or is this just me? (I need to slow it down for certain hosts).

This is very interesting from an SEO perspective. Project by to automatically notify search engine crawlers about website changes, so Googlebot & others only have to re-crawl URLs that have changed (to save crawl resources).

    8) Other SEO specialisms getting harder (competition) 9) More digital folks want to learn 10) A decline in shark attack searches. I guessed there wouldn't be a single answer or that ppl would agree (I mean this is SEO Twitter). Regardless, its nice to see interest going up.

I guess the reason I ask is because some markets do not matter for some clients. Yet those visits affect the "page experience" data. I just wanted to clear it up. I'll wait for the "I knew this ppl to tweet me".

In Germany, a 6-year old boy who loved motorcycles was diagnosed with cancer. His family posted online asking if anyone could ride their motorbike past their home, to cheer him up. They thought 20 or 30 people would come. Nearly 15,000 bikers showed up. ♥️ 🇩🇪

Remember images in a migration. If you're in an industry which has a lot of image search traffic and don't think about your images during a migration it can impact on web search performance. saves me time explaining by writing about it -->

So the main thread branched a lot with a lot of questions but I think this is the main takeaway. 301 redirects really do consolidate those signals (usually in under a year since G first crawled) and those signals still stay with the new page even after a redirect is removed.

I really do enjoy using to work with other teams remotely. It's great for mapping out ideas with developers and other stakeholders. Especially when talking URL structure changes and the impact on page templates for SEO. Does mean I have too many sticky notes though.

is booming now! But the problem of many online stores is that they're relying on paid ads too much. Paid ads are great but a more consistent - SEO approach is the best addition. That's why I put together these 10 eCommerce wins

Communication, project management and people skills aren't "soft skills". As you get older you realize these are essential skills. Especially when it comes to SEO and getting shit done. So make sure you find the time to invest in these skills. It will make all the difference

hands up if you asked us recently for how long you should keep redirects in place! i have a concrete answer now: at least 1 year. (but try keeping them indefinitely if you can for your users).
