[tw weight loss] I want to lose some weight since I'm feeling so uncomfortable lately. I loved how I felt when I exercised on the reg. Even if I wasn't losing a lot of weight, I was gaining muscle and I loved that.

[tw weight loss] and honestly, having an underactive thyroid just makes you feel like shit. Tired, depressed, aches in your muscles, headaches. Even if it had nothing to do with metabolism, getting my thyroid under control would do so much for me and getting out of the house.
