@ArgosHelpers if all I have is the confirmation email for a reservation for an item, does that count as proof of purchase? I lost the receipt and I need to return a faulty item which also is without its original packaging.
Stephen’s Green store in Dublin, Ireland. To be clear, the email was only the one I got that said it was reserved, not that I paid.

I think as the email has not shown the payment this is why the store were reluctant to accept it. Sorry for the confusion caused. Has this now been resolved at the store? Elizabeth

It was resolved, but this was why I asked you guys twice. I even said that it was the reservation email.
