@ArgosHelpers if all I have is the confirmation email for a reservation for an item, does that count as proof of purchase? I lost the receipt and I need to return a faulty item which also is without its original packaging.
The receipt only. Was I unclear about the reservation email? I didn’t pay online, I just had the email to pick it up and pay for it at the store.

That seems a bit strange, as all you would need is your email address. What store and time was this so I can report on this matter? -CD

Stephen’s Green store in Dublin, Ireland. To be clear, the email was only the one I got that said it was reserved, not that I paid.
