@ArgosHelpers if all I have is the confirmation email for a reservation for an item, does that count as proof of purchase? I lost the receipt and I need to return a faulty item which also is without its original packaging.
So when I showed my confirmation email they were very reluctant to accept it. Eventually we worked it out, but they told me that my email to reserve the item was not normally good enough.

The receipt only. Was I unclear about the reservation email? I didn’t pay online, I just had the email to pick it up and pay for it at the store.
