Okay gang, hit me up with your favourite recipes. I don't have a bbq, cast iron skillet, blender/food processor, dutch oven, or casserole dish. Slow cooker, non-stick pan, soup pot, and baking sheets are what I have to work with.

A super easy side for a steak or some chicken you could chop some onions and peppers. Throw them in a frying pan on a medium heat with about a quarter can of beer. Keep them frying until the onions turn brown. If the beer cooks off before then, just put a splash more in.

Cheap beer is fine, and I've been using red onions and poblano peppers. Mushrooms work well in there too, but you'd probably want to throw them in after the onions and peppers.

Full disclosure, I've been eating mostly onions for a while now, so that's about all I've got for recipes. I guess I know how to make a mean buffalo sauce, but I can only do it by eye.

Yeah I can really only use them if they end up being invisible in the food tbh.
