I will say the massive amounts of misinformation regarding thyroid health is pretty bad on the onlines.
With people who have similar stories. But that shouldn’t take the place of actual medical advice.

I think you can research symptoms but take that to a doctor, don’t diagnose yourself with a million things (like I’ve done) b/c someone...
